The Three Horizons Toolkit is a usefully accessible framework that helps people to think and plan for the longer term; rather than being trapped in the here and now—and thereby potentially missing opportunities or not spotting risks.
The toolkit was developed by Public Health Wales and the Future Generations Commissioner’s Office with public bodies in mind, to help decision makers keep a clear vision and take future trends into account. The key is to make decisions that will stand the test of time.
